Overview of Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive hospitality manager to lead the Clubhouse Team, driving a culture of excellence in service and member engagement. The primary responsibility of the Clubhouse Manager is to ensure top-tier hospitality standards, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse bar, and working closely with the General Manager and Sales Manager.

This role requires a hands-on operator who is customer facing, hospitable, and dedicated to maintaining an efficient operation. The Clubhouse Manager must possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team and the ability to foster a positive and engaging environment for both staff and members. By championing a member-first approach and maintaining an unwavering focus on service quality, the Clubhouse Manager will play a crucial role in the ongoing success and reputation of the Club.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the business aspects of the bar, including taking inventory and reordering supplies.

- Approve budgets alongside the GM, staffing, and general operating procedures for events and daily operations.

- Member and event management, create new ideas and promotions to provide variety to customers.

- Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure that all functions are handed over well and executed in the manner the client has requested.

- Recruit and onboard new staff members where vacancies arise.

- Create the staff rota/schedule for the team.

- Oversee the cleanliness of the clubhouse, bar area, front of house, and function rooms.

- Comply with the club’s health and safety regulations and report any hazards.

- Create a welcoming environment for members and customers.

About You:

- A minimum of three years management experience in a hospitality setting.

- Understand the requirement to work weekends.

- Ideally within a 30-minute drive of Bagshot in Surrey.
