Overview of Role

We are looking for a talented Sales Executive to drive Golf Membership, Corporate Golf Days, and Event Sales. Our organization prioritizes personal interactions, making a personable and approachable nature essential.

The ideal candidate will be a mature communicator, proficient in the language of golf, and committed to providing excellent service to prospects and new members. You will be capable of multitasking to sell across multiple revenue lines while demonstrating commercial awareness regarding business placement and yield.

- Achieve monthly targets for functions, group golf, and membership sales.

- Plan and deliver effective lead generation strategies.

- Manage membership renewals and develop retention strategies.

- Maintain a consistent and positive image of the venue on social media and public platforms.

- Contribute to the business's marketing planner with the potential to implement your own ideas.

- Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients for functions and events.

- Assist the Sales Manager in maintaining and delivering club-wide promotional plans.

About You:

- Experience in a similar sales role within the hospitality sector.

- Strong understanding of sales processes and modern marketing methods.

- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings as required.

- Have your own transport and live within thirty of minutes of Walton on Thames, Surrey.
