Client Engagement - Promote People

Engage at its core is a recruitment resourcing service, using multiple Job Boards to attract qualified prospects that are committed to their application, saving you both time and money in the recruiting process.

Promote People, undertake a screening telephone call with each applicant to support this, should we feel they are aligned and have potential for the advertised position we will advance them for your attention along with cover notes.

To ensure that you derive the best possible results from the campaign and that all candidates are communicated with respectfully and in a timely fashion we confirm the following:

All applicants that do not pass screening will be rejected by Promote People.

Screened candidates will be advanced immediately to you the hiring manager, the candidate is briefed that you will reach out by phone in the following 48/72 hours.

The time frame is important to create continuity for the candidate, whilst we must be conscious that they are likely to be actively looking elsewhere.

For whatever reason, should you choose that the candidate is not for you, please send back to Promote People and we will handle the rejection.

Once you have contacted the candidate or interviewed, we ask that you deal with any rejections at this point.

Please confirm to Promote People the name of the appointed candidate and start date.

The advertising campaign will run for 6 weeks.

You can make multiple appointments from the campaign.
