
EVENTS SUPERVISOR
Hever Castle & Gardens, Kent
Up to £35,000 per annum
We are currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic Events Supervisor to join our team at Hever Castle Estate. As an Events Supervisor in our F&B Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of exceptional food and beverage service across a variety of events. From intimate weddings to grand celebrations, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of F&B service, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience. Your ability to manage a team, maintain high standards, and handle a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.
Situated in the beautiful Kent countryside, Hever Castle offers a unique backdrop for events, combining rich history with exceptional service. The Estate is home to a variety of prestigious event spaces, including the magnificent Castle itself, the elegant Astor Wing, and the picturesque Italian Garden overlooking the serene lake.

Position Overview:
- Collaborate with the management team, including the Culinary Director, Sales Manager, and F&B Operations Manager, to plan and execute a comprehensive annual events calendar.
- Focus primarily on premium weddings and high-end events, ensuring all aspects of service exceed guest expectations.
- Lead and manage the service team during events, providing clear direction and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Oversee the preparation and set-up of events, ensuring all food and beverage requirements are met and executed flawlessly.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies, are strictly followed during events.
- Act as the main point of contact during events, troubleshooting any issues that may arise and resolving them swiftly and efficiently.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of event operations, identifying opportunities for enhancing guest experiences and optimizing event delivery.
About You:
- Proven experience in event coordination and service delivery.
- Comprehensive background in wedding delivery, including a deep understanding of the unique requirements for premium weddings.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and ensure the smooth running of events.
- Able to work weekends and evenings.
- Own transport and live within a 30-minute drive of Edenbridge, Kent
