Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and progressive individual to join our maintenance team at Corhampton Golf Club, where you will have the opportunity to develop your career and progress into a Deputy Course Manager role.
A strong work ethic, a willingness to contribute to the team, and a passion for greenkeeping are essential qualities for this position. The ideal candidate will have experience in all turf care machinery operation and be responsible for the safe application of pesticides, with current PA1, PA2, and PA6 certifications required.
- Collaboration is key; enjoy working alongside senior colleagues and mentoring junior staff members.
- Ensure the golf course is presented in the best possible condition, meeting high standards of quality and appearance.
- Operate all common turf maintenance machinery and hand tools confidently, backed by sufficient work experience.
- Perform daily course setup tasks, including raking bunkers, repairing divots, and changing holes.
- Carry out maintenance of the clubhouse and surrounding areas to enhance overall presentation.
- Use machinery in full compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Demonstrate pride in your work with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Be responsible for the safe application of pesticides, ensuring adherence to relevant certification (PA1, PA2, PA6).
- First Aid trained or willing to undertake training.

About You:
- NVQ Level 2 in sports turf management or similar preferred.
- PA1, PA2, and PA6 Pesticide Application Certificates.
- 5 Years Greenkeeping experience preferred.
- Understand the game of golf.
- Have your own transport and live within a 30-minute drive time
