The Golf Operations Manager role offers a unique opportunity to lead one of the most ambitious golf operations in the Middle East. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of Ayla Golf Club, delivering a premium experience to members, guests, and visitors from around the world.

Key responsibilities include managing all facets of golf services, including tee time reservations, retail operations, tournament planning, and course marshal supervision. The role requires close collaboration with the wider Ayla team to ensure seamless integration with the resort’s luxury hospitality, events, and sporting facilities.
