Join our premier golf resort located in Devon as we seek a Deputy General Manager.

The Club Company is a premium collection of seventeen country clubs. A range of premium facilities are on offer to members and visitors centred around wellbeing: including championship standard golf courses, modern health and fitness facilities, swimming, tennis courts, bars, eateries and hotel accommodation.

We are seeking candidates with experience in hotels and/or golf, with previous P&L responsibility and accountability across multiple revenue lines.

About You

- Three year’s experience in management or a supervisory position in a leisure facility, golf resort, or hotel.

- You possess polished leadership and coaching skills.

- Confident in driving sales and increasing membership subscriptions.

- A hands-on management style.

- You live or are willing to relocate to the Exeter area in Devon.

Responsibilities

As the Deputy General Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager, your responsibilities include,

- Managing the day-to-day operations of the facility.

- Collaborating closely with departmental managers

- Ensuring the delivery of overall financial objectives.

- You will uphold brand standards

- Support the delivery of capital projects

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols.

- Foster productive and harmonious relations with all colleagues.

- Deliver high service standards in line with our member’s expectations and be a positive ambassador and role model for our company colleagues.
