GENERAL MANAGER
Commercial Golf Club - South East England
£50,000 to £55,000 per annum + 30% bonus
Lead from the front at a high-footfall, multi-revenue golf venue. With multiple courses, a busy driving range, and a vibrant clubhouse, this is your chance to run an established site for or a leading golf operator.
We are looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on leader with experience in high foot fall leisure venues, who thrives on accountability and driving performance.
The Package:
- Salary £50,000 – £55,000 pa.
- Bonus up to 30% of annual salary.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
- Pension up to 10% employer contribution.
The Role:
As General Manager, you will take full ownership of site performance, people, and guest experience.
- Lead day-to-day operations across all departments.
- Collaborate with department heads to maximise performance.
- Deliver full P&L accountability across multiple revenue streams.
- Support and execute capital projects.
- Always ensure health & safety compliance
- Build a high-performing, engaged team culture.
- Act as a visible, positive ambassador for the business.
About You:
- Proven management experience in golf, hospitality, or leisure.
- Strong commercial mindset with P&L responsibility.
- Ambitious, innovative, and entrepreneurial.
- A natural leader who inspires teams and drives standards.
