The Golf Club also includes a Golf Academy providing first-class private and group instruction, supported by PGA-qualified professionals dedicated to nurturing and developing golfers, whether they are new to the game or experienced players.
Package & Benefits:
- Salary: 30000 to 42000 pa – Jordanian Dinar
- Commission: 20% of Tuition Fees
- Accommodation: Two-bedroom apartment at Ayla Oasis or 500 JD/month to cover your accommodation outside Ayla Oasis.
- Company Car: Provider by employer along with mobile phone
- Social Security Contributions: Funded by employer
- Insurance & Medical Plan: Funded by employer
- Air Tickets: Return economy air ticket for family annual vacation.
Position Overview:
The Golf Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation of the golf facility to international resort standards, acting as the main point of contact for all golf-related activities while supervising pro shop, golf operations, coaching staff, locker attendants, housekeeping, and membership sales.
Working closely with the Managing Director, the role will drive the Club’s commercial interests locally and internationally, serving as an ambassador to promote Ayla Golf Club’s services within the community it serves and to travel operators, ensuring a high-quality, welcoming experience for all members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organise a full schedule of competitive and social events for members and visitors.
- Assist in planning and promoting all golf instructional programs and academy services.
- Maintain excellent relationships with local hotels, tour operators, and corporate organisers to maximise rounds played.
- Plan and train staff working across all areas of the golf facility.
- Act as the main focal point for golf membership enquiries, retention, and growth
- Ensure smooth integration and high service standards for members, guests, and hotel visitors, balancing tee times effectively.
- Develop and execute a marketing plan to promote corporate golf days, golf packages, and driving range use.
- Oversee the golf shop operations, including sales, merchandising, and stock control, maintaining top-tier presentation and service standards.
About You:
- Committed to developing your golf career within an international environment.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in golf operations within a premium club or resort setting.
- Previous exposure to building and maintaining strong relationships with golf tour operators and corporate organisers.
- Skilled in building a strong, inclusive golf community that supports participation and club culture.
